Prior to joining First Financial Trust, N.A., Suzana was an Investment Operations Specialist with Enterprise Wealth Management. 

She was responsible for the daily operational support of wealth management clients, trusts and non-profit organizations.

Previously she worked in Client Support Administrator roles with Putnam Investments and RBC Wealth Management.

Suzana graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.

Suzana resides in Lowell, Massachusetts, and enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
